Coach Simon talks about growing up in Fowler, MI which is a small town and knowing he wanted to become a coach at age 6! Meeting his wife and how basketball become part of knowing she would be the one. Learning how he handles being diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disorder (See link) and the adaptation he has made dealing with it.

He discusses his first coaching job and how he feels young coaches need to learn how to teach others. In depth conversation regarding being at Findlay Prep that includes: Living with the players for 5 years with his wife and how they monitored academics that produced a 100% graduation rate!

Coach talks about the hurdles of putting together high level recruiting classes, being the Interim Head Coach at UNLV in January in 2016 and how the landed the position he currently holds at Southern Utah University.
