Noelle tells how she would hide in the weight room, not give effort in practice when she was a three-sport athlete in high school which carried over into college at UMass Lowell where she had an outstanding freshman season.
Noelle tells about the day she was in accident which resulted in her being amputated from above the knee while riding a moped. How she realized the extent of her injuries, what she first thought of and the steps back to recovery that included relying on her teammates, coaches and her Uncle Vincent who also was an amputee.
How she received a running blade so she could compete once again, the number and different kinds of prosthetics she uses, the time is took her to get back on the field and was the accident the best thing that ever happen to her?
Getting into sprinting and running, the mindset she has and having no daily challenges!
Starting her Born to Run Foundation that has given over 20 prosthetics and receiving the 2020 L’Oreal Paris Women of Worth National Honoree by Helen Miren!
Landing on the USA Para-Snowboarding Team and then…..Survivor!
Getting casted, feelings of going, her biggest accomplishment, winning a reward challenge from coming behind, her recovery after the show, and when she do it again!?
